My Titan was having a serious issue while driving so we called the Service Department at Zeigler Nissan of Gurnee. It only took ONE call and now my truck is already home even though it had to be towed to t called the Service Department at Zeigler Nissan of Gurnee. It only took ONE call and now my truck is already home even though it had to be towed to the dealership. Tim, the service manager gave us a very reasonable expectation without over-promising or in sighting fear. He offered a solution to our towing situation that couldn’t have worked out better. He kept us updated as needed on the status of our repairs. Thank you for your assistance Tim during what many would have been felt was an extremely stressful situation. More
