Easy from beginning to end! Junior made everything so incredible simple for us from the second I contacted him till the minute I drove off the lot w my new vehicle! All I had to do was tell him what I was looking for, and he went to work. Couple hours later I was on the drivers seat, because my husband was driving, so I could push all the buttons in the car. With in 30 minutes of arrival I had picked out what I wanted. The next steps where up to Junior and boy did he deliver! Seeing as how my husband is a truck driver it's very hard to schedule time to sign papers, however I called Junior when he was on his way and 20 mins later he was at Elhart doing the paperwork! I've referred him to 3 of my friends already. Thank you for making it so stress free for us, a car purchase is not an easy thing for us, but he made it easy! More

Like old home week! I was looking for a specific vehicle online and noticed a particularly good deal at Elhart. I really didn't want to drive the thirty miles, from my ho I was looking for a specific vehicle online and noticed a particularly good deal at Elhart. I really didn't want to drive the thirty miles, from my home to the dealership, but decided I had the time, and had to see if the deal was for real. I arranged for an appointment and was met by Tim immediately upon arrival. The car was waiting and we took a short test drive. Tim gave me the option of his company on the drive or not. Upon our return I decided to check my trade-in value. This is where the negotiating process can become intense, something I typically disdain. I was surprised at how fair the offer was, and decided I really shouldn't pass on it. From there it was a seamless process. Tim introduced me to Duke in the service department, and then to Dave in finance. Everyone I dealt with was easy going, down to earth, and pressure free. The whole experience was like a trip back home to see old friends. More
