I’ve had my fair share of negative experiences with salesman for all types of products, it makes going into the whole situation a bit stressful because you don’t know what you are going to get and you don’t want to walk out feeling like you got ripped off. This was not the case with my experience at Elhart. Junior listened to what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay within and be found the perfect match for me. I get anxious with big purchases as I am not unfamiliar with buyers remorse; not this time! I love my new car and I could see that Junior was equally as excited for me which made this whole experience easier and stress free. Great Experience - Go see Junior! No one WANTS to get into a car accident, but it happens. My car was ruined beyond compare because of an auto accident (which wasn't my fault!). Needless to say, I was shaken, sore, and sad that my vehicle was gone. My car was towed to the Elhart Collision location, and my rental car was through Elhart. It made sense to get my new car from Elhart too! When Junior De La Rosa walked out, in the frigid cold of winter with a big smile, I knew I was in good hands. He was patient as I test drove several cars, content that we would find my new car together. When I selected the car I wanted, he made sure it was beautiful inside and out! Little things, like finding a charger for my dying phone, or getting me some water and offering some pizza when the "deal" ran into lunch illustrates how he goes above and beyond to make the whole experience as customer focused and friendly as possible. Do yourself a favor and go see Junior! I'd be remiss if I didn't give Caryn Parrish, the finance director, the recognition she deserves. She was great too.
