My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade my car and over the weekend we found one at Elhart in Holland. Both Zack and Rich were able to help get us into the vehicle we wanted and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Elhart to my friends and family. Zack was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also showed us some features we didn’t know to ask. We were also happy that Troy was able to get get us a fare price for our Hyundai. Sonata EXCELLENT Brake Service! Dropped off my Sonata after hours for oil change and brake work. Rod called me right away the next day to clarify work needed. I specifically called before setting up the appointment to make sure staff were wearing masks and being safe. first, when i arrived for my Hyundai service they had that entrance closed but parking was ma to make sure staff were wearing masks and being safe. first, when i arrived for my Hyundai service they had that entrance closed but parking was marked for Hyundai service. It was hard to see where to go and i tried to tell the employee it wasn’t clear and he was not interested in hearing anything about it. Then, over half of the staff had their masks pulled down or half off including staff when checking in/out definitely less than 6 feet. No sanitizer that i saw to use after sharing community pen to sign paperwork. If i hadn’t called ahead of time it would be my own fault but you guys should really take the safety of your customers more seriously. You service allot of cars and interface with many customers which can increase the risk of spreading it around. Friendly as usual but these times require a different kind of service More
