My car was improperly taken care of and diagnose inaccurately. The Rod guy was very dismissive and uncaring. My car still had hanging pieces pertruding from the exterior. Rod blamed it on the towing inaccurately. The Rod guy was very dismissive and uncaring. My car still had hanging pieces pertruding from the exterior. Rod blamed it on the towing service. First Time Buyer This was the first time buying a new car and doing with a bank loan. Both Junior and Caryn were exceptional from the moment I got there to look for my This was the first time buying a new car and doing with a bank loan. Both Junior and Caryn were exceptional from the moment I got there to look for my car. Caryn went far above and beyond to help me with the loan and with the warranties that are available. She stayed past 8pm to help me and make sure I got what I wanted with it.I was so glad that my Little MAX was allowed to come in with me and my husband. That also helped me feel much better. In the end I got everything I wanted in the Santa Fe from them color to all the extra packaged available. Thank you again Junior and Caryn for making this experience a joy and a blessing for me.
