The people in the service department are always friendly and helpful. They always explain what needs to be done in the future and why. Elkhart is #1. As soon as I walked in the door Jr de la Rosa greeted me. I told him the car I wanted to test drive and within 5 minutes I was on the road. By the way this is the 1st dealership I went to where EVERYONE wore masks. Kudos to the staff for that one. I decided to go ahead and buy the Tuscan and was introduced to Caryn to put in my application. She made me feel at ease thru the whole process. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into buying my vehicle by Jr. or Caryn. I never had so much fun buying a vehicle till I met these two. They are inspiring and warm and will make you feel like family. I hadn't planned on visiting this dealership that day so to be welcomed on a last minute basis without an appt. during the coronavirus shutdown was an important factor to me. While Reneisha was very helpful and kind it did feel as though we were inconveniencing them by purchasing a brand new SUV. Several staff sitting around chit chatting about hunting and their weekend plans. though we were inconveniencing them by purchasing a brand new SUV. A long wait to sign the papers (over 2 hours) after we decided to purchase. The brand new car also did not come with floor mats? Would expect more from a $48,000 car. I now have to wait for several weeks for mine to arrive from Hyuandai at the price of an additional $160.00. More
