Elkhart is #1. As soon as I walked in the door Jr de la Rosa greeted me. I told him the car I wanted to test drive and within 5 minutes I was on the road. I decided to go ahead and buy the Tuscan and was introduced to Caryn to put in my application. She made me feel at ease thru the whole process. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into buying my vehicle by Jr. or Caryn. I never had so much fun buying a vehicle till I met these two. They are inspiring and warm and will make you feel like family. I hadn't planned on visiting this dealership that day so to be welcomed on a last minute basis without an appt. during the coronavirus shutdown was an important factor to me.
