Came in for oil change, winter tire change and alignment. Rod was very pushy on the phone and even more so in person. When I called to see if my car was done he told me to wait 20 mins and then head in, whic Rod was very pushy on the phone and even more so in person. When I called to see if my car was done he told me to wait 20 mins and then head in, which was at 4:28pm. I waited 15 and then drove to the dealership. Upon arrival I noticed he had called me and and left a voicemail and asked if I was still coming as he was getting ready to leave. I arrived at 5:15 to pick up my car. The alignment check was done but not the alignment, Rod told me he had to get to the Dr and was trying to close early. He showed me my alignment check which showed it needed to be done, but because it was the end of the day and he had to leave the alignment wasn't done. Never seen a service dept turn down money but when you gotta go you gotta go. Rod is a very argumentative person and doesn't really look out for the customers or the dealership. More
