I was contemplating a vending machine car, because I didn't want to deal with the typical "stalker type" sales person when you visit a dealership. This experience was nothing like that. There was no pressure, no pushing a certain car on me, it was a decision I was in control of. Conrad is an excellent gentleman to work with. Every person inside the dealership was extremely friendly including Brad in the business office, who helped us quickly sign the digital the paperwork and get us on the road! I got the part locally the next day with a 90 day guarantee. My car was fixed 24 hours later. The difference in how I was treated this time to previous visits was noticeable.
