Great people here! Came just looking for a new car left with even more. Junior de la Rosa helped me pick out a great car that I'm so excited to have showing me different options and finding what suited my with even more. Junior de la Rosa helped me pick out a great car that I'm so excited to have showing me different options and finding what suited my needs the best! Caryn de la Rosa helped me get great rates and a great service pack for my new car so I don't have to worry about it in the future. Mike Van Huis was also great I was split between the Hyundai and a Chevy due to only the Chevy only having remote start. When he heard this he was awesome offering to put it in the Hyundai for me! All in all great people and a great experience. Once it's time for a new car ill be back! Thanks Guys! More

They treat women terribly. They never have any parts in stock. They make you come back numerous times to"fix" one issue and then it still isn't resolved. Then they try to make you feel like it's your fault stock. They make you come back numerous times to"fix" one issue and then it still isn't resolved. Then they try to make you feel like it's your fault. They don't seem to know what they are doing. They are understaffed and stressed and take it out on the customer. If my car wasn't under warranty I would never go there for service. More

Had a battery fail after 12,000 miles no 1.5 years. Warranty covered replacement but it took nearly a week for the replacement battery to arrive. The lousy service is Hyundai’s fault it the dealer. Dea Warranty covered replacement but it took nearly a week for the replacement battery to arrive. The lousy service is Hyundai’s fault it the dealer. Dealer manager was kind and courteous. One other note - when we finally picked up the car it was snow covered and temps were between 10 and 20. Took more than 15 minutes to clear car, in my opinion the dealer should have had the car clear of snow and ready to go. More
