I had an amazing experience at Elhart Automotive. I arrived at the dealership unsure of whether or not I was ready to invest in another vehicle, yet knowing that I should upgrade for my growing famil I arrived at the dealership unsure of whether or not I was ready to invest in another vehicle, yet knowing that I should upgrade for my growing family and our needs. Junior approached my husband and I while we were window shopping in the parking lot. Right off the bat we could tell that he was a super nice guy just looking to help any way that he could. He asked what I was interested in and offered for me to test drive the vehicles that I chose. I fell in love with a Hyundai Tucson and decided to purchase it. Junior was not only kind, but very helpful and efficient in his work. He felt more like a long-time friend than anything else. Never once did I feel pressured into anything. My husband and I also had our toddler with us and she warmed up to Junior immediately. He offered her snacks and was extremely patient anytime she became fussy. We appreciated his patience more than he knew. Caryn De La Rosa helped us with the financial aspect of purchasing the vehicle. She was so pleasant to work with. She was very warm and inviting, as well as efficient in her work. My husband and I were on a time crunch and Caryn helped make sure that we were in and out of her office in a timely manner.
