Zach was very helpful with the transmission that Honda knew had issues. Zach kept me informed but it took a week to get a loaner car. It was really disappointing that American Honda wasn’t very helpful with the repair of my car that was at the dealership for a month. I have owned 6 Hondas and they are repaired at the dealership. It is too bad loyalty means nothing to American Honda. I tried to email CEO and another executive but the emails were not correct. How loyal is American Honda to its customers - not very especially with known issues with their product. Too bad you don’t have confidence in your product. More
