I think this is a bit obtrusive concerning Honda is using my personal phone and asking me to judge your employees. However. Almost goes out of his way to give me his undivided attention whenever I come in for a wash of my Honda Accord or regular service work. I will go as far as to mention that Mr Jones and I seen each other at a local business shopping for groceries, he took time to say hello to me and asked about my day and how I'm enjoying the Honda. He could have preferred to keep to himself, considering he was not working and on a personal errand, but welcomed me as if he was still a representative of Honda and the dealership he works for. Personally, if my small business that have required me to have to hire someone to help me run the company, I would want a payroll of employees exactly like Mr Jones. Since I've also had experience working with many of the other employees whenever I come to the dealership for a car wash (and a delicious coffee) every single person was extremely helpful and welcoming, no matter how busy they seemed to be at the time, which I'm assuming is the busiest part of the day being around the time when everyone is getting off work. They've made sure I'm quickly taken care of and usually get me back on the road before I can even get my drawing pencil out of my backpack. I have many choices to consider whenever I'm in the market for a new vehicle. I'm usually a Ford or Subaru person when I've purchased a new vehicle and this is my first Honda. In the fu More
All the experiences I've had with Jon Ibrahim have been outstanding. I have always been greeted with a smile followed up with what brings me in. Even after my vehicle is served I am asked if I have any que outstanding. I have always been greeted with a smile followed up with what brings me in. I was given a hard time about proof of insurance before even signing papers for the truck. The sales person was so new, he need some more training. Came in for a 1 pm tire swap appointment. Took two hours. That was only after I asked what was taking so long. Also there was supposed to be a raffle that was advertised via email. The email stated that if you brought in a toy or food for charity (this was Black Friday), you would get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. The email clearly stated that a winner would be chosen every hour and that you had to be present to win. I brought in a bag of non perishable food and asked one of the workers about the raffle. He did not know what I was taking about. He was able to find me a raffle ticket and asked me to fill out my name and phone number on the ticket. Being there for two hours and they there was never a winner called. When my car was finally done, I inquired about the raffle with the cashier. She said, “maybe they will post the winners on Facebook later on.” I explained that the email clearly stated that a winner would be drawn every hour and that the winner would need to be present to win. She did have me wait while she went to get answers. She came back and notified me that they would draw later and call the winners. I question if there was ever a drawing? Don’t think it’s cool to mislead or possibly even downright lie about something like that. Would love to see a list of prizes and winners. More
