Definitely my go to Dealership I bring my fit here for any services that I need because the staff is great and the prices are the best around. We had to bring in my wife's Civic for I bring my fit here for any services that I need because the staff is great and the prices are the best around. We had to bring in my wife's Civic for some issues it was having, and Cindy in the Service Department took care of everything for us. As we bought the civic from a different dealership and had a warranty, I was figuring that this experience to get whatever issues taken care of would be like pulling teeth, but it was quite the opposite. We dropped the car off on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and they had it fixed and ready to be picked up by the next Saturday. I was simply astonished that they were able to get it diagnosed and fixed in one day when we didn't have an appointment right after Thanksgiving. More
Terrible They suggested a ton of services and failed to notice several easy things. I went in for a rotation and oil change. Quick check in. Told them upfront I did not want anything but the oil change and rotation. Took 2 hours for that! I was the only car I saw come in during that time. They came out to suggest new tires, battery, air filter, etc approx $1000 of add ons. I had already told them I didn't need that. I got so frazzled by the high pressure sales tactic and the long wait that i forgot to ask about the wipers. Sure enough despite the though and exhaustive inspection the wipers were still shot. Probably a good thing because the consistent overpricing would have had me pay $100 dollars for them. Terrible. Never going to Racine Honda again. More

The service is handled professionally. The service man Zack #4384 is so kind and he put mind at ease as to what I was going to have to pay and which tires are going to be reasonable for me. Worst service ever. I wouldn’t even recommend it to an enem I bought the insurance on my car which is expensive and covers hardly anything. I had my car towed in and of course it wasn’t covered by the “insuran I bought the insurance on my car which is expensive and covers hardly anything. I had my car towed in and of course it wasn’t covered by the “insurance “ they sold me. The parts weren’t covered either and it s almost a full week and they don’t have the car repaired yet. Never ever will I buy a car or send it back there for repairs. Worst service ever!!!!! More
Blown fuse diagnostic cost $225 Brought car in to have a new key reprogrammed. Was told that key cannot be programmed. Must purchase new Honda key. That key didn’t work either. Turns Brought car in to have a new key reprogrammed. Was told that key cannot be programmed. Must purchase new Honda key. That key didn’t work either. Turns out, just a fuse was blown and the original key worked. I paid $225 to diagnose a blown fuse. That blows my mind. Sam said “it took the mechanic a few hours to diagnose and that the mechanic actually wanted more time than I was billed”. What a line. A couple hours for a fuse? No thanks. Won’t be back. More
