Service dept Try to scare us into $1000 unneeded Repair Service department try to scare us into $1000 of unneeded repairs Took our 2011 Honda accord into service for oil change and tire rotation. Serv Service department try to scare us into $1000 of unneeded repairs Took our 2011 Honda accord into service for oil change and tire rotation. Service department called and said that a rear caliper was leaking and that approximately $1000 of brake work was needed. Service department indicated we should not even drive the car home it was unsafe. Took car to a trusted mechanic who looked at brakes calipers brake pads brake fluid and such and told us no work was needed. I would not recommend this service department for anybody they will try to up charge you to the max degree More
Two cars bought in one afternoon Racine Honda went the extra distance to make me a satisfied customer. We bought a used Civic and sadly, the previous owner turned in only one key. We discovered this as we were about to leave with the car. Instead of charging us for a new one, our salesman Kevin contacted the previous owner and was able to get us the replacement. Our sons love their new Civic coupe! We also drove home a 2016 Odyssey. Just the right color with all the features we wanted. NO long periods of waiting! More
Service Dept Scammers This was my first visit to Racine Honda and it will be my last. I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and new rotors NO This was my first visit to Racine Honda and it will be my last. I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and new rotors NOW and rear differential service for a cost of $434.95. I took my car for a 2nd opinion and was told I still had 50% left on my front and back pads. This makes me wonder if they even changed my oil! Good way to lose a new customer and get a bad review. More

Here is is 3 months later and I am still waiting for that call to have the parts and service that I already paid for installed. They were all friendly and attentive when I was there buying but follow up and service are non existent. More
