Clean, quick, and courteous service I took my 2016 Fit to Racine Honda for an oil change. I asked if it needed anything else and the service writer suggested a tire rotation, which was I took my 2016 Fit to Racine Honda for an oil change. I asked if it needed anything else and the service writer suggested a tire rotation, which was done last time as well, but he stated that it should be done every 5,000 miles. He mentioned that with my mileage, it may need some ventilation filters. They were brought to me to show how full they were and I approved changing them as well. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the service writer, but he helped me with tire pressure and touch up paint today. Thank you! More
Horrible Customer Service I will never return to have my Honda serviced here again. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I would give it a second chance for an oil cha I will never return to have my Honda serviced here again. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I would give it a second chance for an oil change. (usually goto Kenosha) When I made my appointment I specifically request ONLY an oil change. I was told my 2 yr old car needed tire rotations and other updates. I stated again ONLY an oil change. I informed them my 16 yr old son would be bringing the car in. My son came home with a bill for $266.34. When I called to express my frustrations, they said my son approved an A1 oil change. I told my son when I made the appointment I was crystal clear with the service man on the phone about what I wanted done. He approved what he thought I had requested. So apparently when you say NO tire rotation only an oil change, it means ignore the note next to your computer that says "son bringing in car ONLY AN OIL CHANGE, NO TIRE ROTATION" and ask a young man to approve a bunch of services. More
