The service staff is friendly. The work done is always efficient. The new facility is conducive for waiting while work is done. Fantastic service that is above and beyond any I’ve had to date, and I’m75 years old. I came in for my first service and our salesman, Nick Imhof who sold us on our first new Honda CR-V, and noticed my wi to date, and I’m75 years old. I came in for my first service and our salesman, Nick Imhof who sold us on our first new Honda CR-V, and noticed my wife and I by name, even with our mask on and asked how we like our new Honda to which we both responded, “We absolutely love it and love your new facility.” Mr. Imhof then asked if we’d like a tour and we were given an impressive tour of their new building and were so impressed by everyone that we can’t wait to return! Disgusted by the sales dept, one staffer taking his thermos to the water machine, drinking from it and touching it to the machine again. Filt quotes. Also turned off by a sales rep who sent his lackey to get me from the waiting area to attempt to persuade me to trade in my vehicle for purchase of another. After I needed to decline four consecutive time, I basically admonished him and walked away, They turned a pleasant situation into a a disappointment. More
