When I brought my car in, it was diagnosed with one wrong thing. They fix it and suddenly there’s a new thing wrong with the car… Finally get it fixed and take it home, only to find out it was never actually thing. They fix it and suddenly there’s a new thing wrong with the car… Finally get it fixed and take it home, only to find out it was never actually fixed. They just took $5k from me. Called them again and they start guessing about what’s wrong… They fix the spark plugs and then suddenly my car is in worse shape than it was originally-like they messed it up! After calling the service manager repeatedly, I finally heard back. He said my car was dead from the start… but I never got an apology. Then they gave me three options, 1 I only get $6k towards trade in, 2 the try to clean the engine to fix the problem, or I finally get my money refunded and car towed back home… We got it towed home, now worse than before. Not trusting them again to fix my cars. More

I went in for an oil change and that was it. I got charged for a tire rotation for $20 which I did not approve. But I did not see it on the bill until I got home because I was in a hurry. Overall I’m happy with the quality of service I receive at Ziegler. This particular visit I waited at the dealership during my service. I was told that the services that I requested be performed, as wel at Ziegler. This particular visit I waited at the dealership during my service. I was told that the services that I requested be performed, as well as the scheduled maintenance that the service department rep indicated were due on my car would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. I waited over 3 hours and 15 minutes. I was also informed by the service department rep after my car was complete, that they would take off an additional $50 for having added the additional services that I agreed to. I checked out, and when I got home I looked at my bill. There was no additional $50 taken off. Guess that’s on me to add it all up when I’m doing the checkout to verify what they tell me is actually being given. For those 2 reasons, this particular appointment doesn’t receive the ratings that I would typically give Ziegler. More
