I was scheduled only for a routine oil change upon arrival I asked service writer if recall worked he offered me another appt saw I reuctant and said if you have the time I will get it done I agreed a arrival I asked service writer if recall worked he offered me another appt saw I reuctant and said if you have the time I will get it done I agreed and 2.5hrs later it was done saving me a return trip.
