Showed up on time. salesman ran at me when i entered the building. I was going to pay the sticker amount plus sales tax. Trying to save time I told him that i did not want a warranty. I did not have trade, I was paying cash (sticker price) and i would get my own plates. The poor sales guy (he was new) went to go get his manager to say hi. So i was expecting the "greazy" greeting but it was short and not sweet. Basically he said "hi, thanks for stopping in". I should have got up then! But i sat there waiting for them to bring me the car to test drive. About ten minutes go by, he comes back and says - we are looking for the other FOB, this one isn't working. So i wait for another ten minutes. He comes and says. We can't let you drive the car. It hasn't been through our safety inspection, it's not safe to drive. The car has been online for over a week. Then he tells me the price i saw online will not be the new price. He said after they do the safety inspection, there will be thousands more added to the price. He said he can let me know the new price once it's finished. Legally - he said they have to list it online even though it isn't ready to sell. So i left. Then the online sales girl was contacting me back and asking what happened (like you don't know). Hmph! So i wrote an online review and as the day wore on, I get a nasty note from her. Oh, how's she's trying to help me and i slapped her in the face because i wrote a review. I told her "She took the first punch, lying to me about the car. Bullies!!!! So then i get the damage control lady, making all kinds of promises - honoring the online price, how can we make this right? This is not how we operate. We certainly will sell you a car for the sticker price and for cash. two days later the car was sold. I guess they did that safety inspection (the state of Wisconsin requires it. It's the law. At a Ford dealership, as i was buying a ford), got the parts in and repaired in under two days. Yeah right!! So yes i have written a review on any platform i can find. Sometimes people find themselves in situations where they just need vehicle. Sometimes they don't have a trade. Sometimes they can not do financing. But they still need a car. Why can't i buy the car??? Like i want to know why????? NEVER buy from these creeps!!!!!! Read all the reviews you can about how companies deal with people before you waste you time. Spend wisely and deservedly!!! Run these Michigan xxxxxx out of town!!!! Oh, and i read a review that was from with the same name as an employee! Read carefully!!! More

Came in for a 1 pm tire swap appointment. Took two hours. That was only after I asked what was taking so long. Also there was supposed to be a raffle that was advertised via email. The email stated that if you brought in a toy or food for charity (this was Black Friday), you would get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. The email clearly stated that a winner would be chosen every hour and that you had to be present to win. I brought in a bag of non perishable food and asked one of the workers about the raffle. He did not know what I was taking about. He was able to find me a raffle ticket and asked me to fill out my name and phone number on the ticket. Being there for two hours and they there was never a winner called. When my car was finally done, I inquired about the raffle with the cashier. She said, “maybe they will post the winners on Facebook later on.” I explained that the email clearly stated that a winner would be drawn every hour and that the winner would need to be present to win. She did have me wait while she went to get answers. She came back and notified me that they would draw later and call the winners. I question if there was ever a drawing? Don’t think it’s cool to mislead or possibly even downright lie about something like that. Would love to see a list of prizes and winners. More
