The telephone was answered when I called. The first thing that I noticed when I got there was how clean everything is. I was running late and my first encounter with an employee (outside of the main entrance) was very positive; a kind greeting and inquiry about how I could be helped. He immediately jumped into action to get me where I needed to be. His courtesy, respect, responsiveness, and kindness were repeated with every employee encounter that I had (as well as the behavior that I observed when they were interacting with other customers). My service advisor--Tim Cameron was amazing. He was kind, respectful, and attentive. He was an excellent listener and helped me get the repairs that I needed as well as explaining what the car would eventually need so I could plan my schedule and budget for future maintenance. The waiting room was clean, had good light, and enough places to sit. There was a courtesy hot beverage/s machine. There were two TVs playing which I didn't care for because I prefer less sound and not more-- but nothing is perfect. I was not aware of Ziegler's existence until I made an intentional search for a Honda Dealership and Service Center. I felt like I struck gold. The service was excellent and seemed reasonably priced (with the little that I know about these things). I am so glad that I have found a place that I can go to that I trust that my care will be well taken care of and where I will be treated well. It is so refreshing to go to a place where the staff seem to really care about their work and look like they enjoy and appreciate doing a great job. The car wash at the end was the "Cherry on top".
