This is the kind of place that gives car sales a bad reputation. The Zeigler Honda of Racine company motto should be, “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG” It’s their way or the highway. Waited three hours just to get an out the door purchase price. Asked them six times for an out the door purchase price without trade in, but the response was upselling, waiting for hours and 100% adversarial. Had they been at all cooperative I would have bought their car! When they went back and started to make me wait a 7th time, I was done. I’ve visited three other dealerships while car shopping, all were truly pleasant and professional. Save your self the time and grief! Go to “ANY” other dealership for a better experience. More

I am very satisfied with the work that the whole team provided. The water John left in the car was a very nice touch. Being able to use a loaner vehicle was a life saver.
