That Extra Mile and Then Some We were at our witts end, after dealing with two other dealerships that could not help us. My wife and I were out looking for a. Vehicle large enough We were at our witts end, after dealing with two other dealerships that could not help us. My wife and I were out looking for a. Vehicle large enough for eight passengers with low miles. O ur seven month old was tired and screaming and my wife had to make a restroom stop so we pulled into Racine Honda on Washington avenue. There we saw a 2006 Toyota Sienna with only 117000 miles. My wife went inside (to use the restroom) and asked about the Toyota, while she was in the restroom Jim had the van pulled inside so she didn't have to stand in the rain while she looked it over. She was so impressed with the condition that she came out to get me. After a test drive we were both convinced this was the car for us. EVERYONE at this dealership wanted to see us get this vehicle, not just to make a sale but because they knew our situation and they really cared. Their financing manager found us a loan that was affordable and minutes later we were the proud owners of a 2006 Toyota Siena.. Thank you Racine Honda! More

The experience was very welcoming and helpful I personally have never purchased a vehicle on my own as a single woman. I have heard bad things about women being taken advantage of because of bein I personally have never purchased a vehicle on my own as a single woman. I have heard bad things about women being taken advantage of because of being stigmatized as “not knowing anything about vehicles.” I’m happy to say I can now vouch for the above mentioned quote being wrong. I was treated very well and with respect. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. When I left with my vehicle something unfortunate happened to it. I brought it back the next day and everyone was very helpful and took care of the problem for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
