We just bought our second Honda Civic there and returned because our our inital positive experience with James and the dealership. James was thorough and very knowledgeable about the car and its features. He took his time to help us determine the best financial deal and best model car to fit our family. In addition, James followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Completing the financing paperwork took some time but Dogan, the gentleman who helped complete that task was very personable and funny. He kept my 11 year old daughter entertained while completing the process. In addition, we were offered soda and popcorn and James was also kind enough to give me a phone charger to have for the ride home. I highly recommend you work with James and buy from Racine Honda if you are looking for a new or used car. More

Kevin was so honest and told me in detail everything he was doing so i wasn’t confused at all. i was in a VERY complicated situation with my old car and out of all the dealerships that i went into told me it wasn’t possible getting me into a different car and that i should stop trying and just stick it out with my crappy old car.. KEVIN got me into a brand new 2018 Honda Civic! I couldn’t be more in love with this car. Nate was really no nonsense and did not come across as pushy or eager to make a sale Recently purchased a Used CRV with Nate Haggarty at Racine Honda. Nate was really no nonsense and did not come across as pushy or eager to make a sale. He simply laid out the benefits of vehicle, and after searching I told him I wanted to think on it and chat with family, and he was accepting of that. Nate did not try any of the pushy buy now tactics. On my next visit, I did have to work with one of the sales managers who was pushy. He presented me with a higher trade in value but only if I acted that day on a purchase. I thought this was disrespectful asking a customer to spend over 20k without having even a day to think on it. Fortunately, I knew what I already was going to get, but if I was still shopping, I would have left the dealership due to this. It is my feeling that buying a vehicle should be an experience that you look forward to and can celebrate. Unfortunately the hard push sales tactics of must act now and forcing customers into a quick decision make the car buying experience frustrating and stressful. Nate and Dan (general manager) did make the experience positive. I would definitely recommend Racine Honda and Nate Haggarty. If you do need a manager for any reason, I would recommend using Dan the General Mabager. More
