He answered all of our many questions, helped us test drive quite a few different models until we were 100% satisfied and found exactly what we needed in the price range we wanted. Not my dealer I was interested in looking at the new accord models and expressed that to the salesman that hurried to my vehicle after being in the lot for 4 second I was interested in looking at the new accord models and expressed that to the salesman that hurried to my vehicle after being in the lot for 4 seconds. Brian the salesman was knowledgeable and after a test drive, got his manager to discuss prices and the "good for today only, super deal." I again expressed that I am just starting to look and will not be buying today. The manager would not let it go and the super deal got better. Beside not listening to my intentions, I was told deals change from month to month and 1.9% is the lowest they have ever seen and I really need to act today. The manager is there for one reason, and that's to sell cars, and that's exactly how they treat you. If you are just looking, do not give them any contact info. Sorry, gotta go......it's Racine Honda calling for the third time today. More

I put a deposit for the car before I drive over to make sure they wouldn't pull a bait and switch, as I was coming over 100 miles away. I was told by Mousa, the manager that he would pull the car off the lot and mark it sold. I explained to him this was a gift for my mother and I wanted to confirm the car would not be sold before I made it there. He assured me, he was going to take care of it and make sure no one else was going to sell it. This was at the end of month and he tried to pressure me into coming in NOW before the month was over to hit his sales quota. I told him I could only come after the first as I was away for the holidays. He agreed to the date I would come in and for the price. Fast forward two days, Sandra doesnt return emails and Mousa doesn't respond because they sold the car to someone else after promising that he wouldn't sell it. He tried to blame another manager for selling it on his day off. Poor customer experience. Would never recommend anyone here. They are sales focused and their quotas and bonuses are the number priority. Customer service and customer satisfactionc and trust doesn't mean a thing here. More

I attempted to contact the dealership in order to receive a refund of our $200 deposit, but a very rude Sales Manager, Mousa, told us that we had to be present "because it was a chipped card"(which it was not). Everywhere else in the world can refund automatically back to the card without it being present, but apparently this dealership can't. Now we have to drive 45 minutes from home just to receive a refund on money that is already rightfully ours. This does not bode well for future business prospects. More

They first held onto our drivers licenses and then before the deal was complete they removed the plate from my trade in, making it harder for me to change my mind. After hours of negotiation we came to a deal, signed paperwork and drove away. Two weeks later I received a call saying they made a mistake on the paperwork and the price of the vehicle is wrong. I have contacted legal counsel. In addition they have not honored their "WE-OWE" they promised in writing. Stay clear and don't believe a word that's said, More
Two cars bought in one afternoon Racine Honda went the extra distance to make me a satisfied customer. We bought a used Civic and sadly, the previous owner turned in only one key. We discovered this as we were about to leave with the car. Instead of charging us for a new one, our salesman Kevin contacted the previous owner and was able to get us the replacement. Our sons love their new Civic coupe! We also drove home a 2016 Odyssey. Just the right color with all the features we wanted. NO long periods of waiting! More

When I took test drives with Nissan and even Honda in Kenosha, they did not explain any of that. It made a difference that I would be getting a car with technology that I could use even before I read the manual. I will recommend Honda of Racine. The sales manager and others were very diligent in calling me back and working with our desired budget. More

Our initial goal was a test drive to determine what vehicle my wife and I we're eventually going to purchase between a 2016 Pilot and competitive models (Durango, Enclave, Acadia, etc). We met with James Liepski who was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable on the car and it's features. After giving my wife and I a detailed tour of the interior and exterior features we went for the test drive. When the drive was over, we shook hands and left which was exactly all we wanted that day. No discussion of price and no "checking out" with a manager. Before leaving the parking lot we knew we would be purchasing a Pilot and liked it so much we would be accelerating our purchasing schedule. James followed up with a voice mail that evening thanking us for coming in and his desire to sell us a Honda Pilot if that was the vehicle we would choose. The Pilot was in our garage a week later. James was fantastic; extremely knowledgeable, helpful, available, and respectful. We feel we received a fair deal on a great vehicle. We would definitely recommend working with James and Racine Honda. More
