A used cross tour with all the bells and whistles that I was dreaming of happen to be traded in and what did they do? They thought of me immediately & set the stage to surprise me. Service Visit ended up with New Car I have been going to this dealership since it was Gentile Automotive Group. My original reason for visiting was for a routine service appointment for my car. (I now live an hour and a half away and I still make the drive down because of the service received). While waiting for my car I took a walk around the yard to look at the new model as they redid the 2014 Civics and I wanted to look at the new body style in person. Reno approached me immediately with a smile and warm greeting. I never felt pressured and was told that I could get into this new model at the same or lower monthly rate then what I was paying. Less than an hour later I was signing the paperwork. IF you are in the market for a car - Racine Honda should be the first stop! You will not be disappointed! More
