I’d recommend Zeigler Honda because of Karson but only because of Karson. My experience at Zeigler prior to having the pleasure of working with Karson involved an uncomfortable amount of pressure that did because of Karson. My experience at Zeigler prior to having the pleasure of working with Karson involved an uncomfortable amount of pressure that did not make me more likely to purchase a car or return or recommend Zeigler to others. Despite communicating that I was learning about my options regarding a Honda lease on my first visit, I was kept at the dealership late. They wanted to know “if there’s any reason we couldn’t get this done tonight” and when I explained the lease is under my wife’s name and she is home with a sleeping baby, they wanted to send me home in a trial CRV but couldn’t sort out the insurance end of it so I was left waiting forever while they called the insurer and then asked if I could get my wife to add me to her policy. Then, on my next visit, I was encouraged to come out to see a truck that was sold (and parked prominently by the window of the building). The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and it showed. THEN, I got paired up with Karson who went out of his way to communicate with others about vehicle questions and did not pressure me in a desperate or aggressive way a single time. I’d return to Zeigler and perhaps send others to Zeigler, but only to work with Karson. More
