Service Visit ended up with New Car I have been going to this dealership since it was Gentile Automotive Group. I have purchased 4 cars in the past and have all of the service performed there. I am very impressed with the new ownership and there is marked difference in the quality of service and customer care. My original reason for visiting was for a routine service appointment for my car. (I now live an hour and a half away and I still make the drive down because of the service received). While waiting for my car I took a walk around the yard to look at the new model as they redid the 2014 Civics and I wanted to look at the new body style in person. Reno approached me immediately with a smile and warm greeting. I never felt pressured and was told that I could get into this new model at the same or lower monthly rate then what I was paying. Less than an hour later I was signing the paperwork. IF you are in the market for a car - Racine Honda should be the first stop! You will not be disappointed! More

Best experience in 25 years of buying New Cars! The staff was friendly! Not pushy and very upfront and direct when it came to the numbers! There was no games and great vehicle selection.
