They first held onto our drivers licenses and then before the deal was complete they removed the plate from my trade in, making it harder for me to change my mind. After hours of negotiation we came to a deal, signed paperwork and drove away. Two weeks later I received a call saying they made a mistake on the paperwork and the price of the vehicle is wrong. We discovered this as we were about to leave with the car. Instead of charging us for a new one, our salesman Kevin contacted the previous owner and was able to get us the replacement. Our sons love their new Civic coupe! We also drove home a 2016 Odyssey. Just the right color with all the features we wanted. NO long periods of waiting! More

When I took test drives with Nissan and even Honda in Kenosha, they did not explain any of that. It made a difference that I would be getting a car with technology that I could use even before I read the manual. I will recommend Honda of Racine. The sales manager and others were very diligent in calling me back and working with our desired budget. More

Our initial goal was a test drive to determine what vehicle my wife and I we're eventually going to purchase between a 2016 Pilot and competitive models (Durango, Enclave, Acadia, etc). We met with James Liepski who was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable on the car and it's features. After giving my wife and I a detailed tour of the interior and exterior features we went for the test drive. When the drive was over, we shook hands and left which was exactly all we wanted that day. No discussion of price and no "checking out" with a manager. Before leaving the parking lot we knew we would be purchasing a Pilot and liked it so much we would be accelerating our purchasing schedule. James followed up with a voice mail that evening thanking us for coming in and his desire to sell us a Honda Pilot if that was the vehicle we would choose. The Pilot was in our garage a week later. James was fantastic; extremely knowledgeable, helpful, available, and respectful. We feel we received a fair deal on a great vehicle. We would definitely recommend working with James and Racine Honda. More

We had several discussions w Buyer Beware if you got to Racine Honda!!! I recently found a 2012 Honda Civic on their website that caught my attention. We had several discussions with a salesman, James Leipski, who repeatedly told us about the car's excellent condition. We agreed to tentative terms and paid a $500 deposit to hold the car. We drove an hour to the dealership for a test drive, inspection, and the purchase. After a test drive, the manager (Eric) hastily asked us if we wanted to purchase the vehicle which I thought was odd having not inspected the vehicle. I asked for them to pull the car into a service bay so that I could look it over. I realize used cars are used and not perfect but after a few minutes noticed the car had hail damage with hundreds of ping marks on the trunk lid, roof, and hood. The damage was somewhat subtle but obvious under the light of the service bay. I brought the damage to the attention of the manager who then became irritated and rude after I told him that we were not interested in the vehicle. Honda makes an excellent vehicle but I would not trust Racine Honda. As noted by the manager, these vehicles are inspected from head to toe before being sold on their lot. If so, they were aware of the hail damage. Is it too much to ask for Racine Honda to be honest with a potential customer??? I rarely take the time to comment on issues but my interaction with Racine Honda was over the top. Take my advice...go elsewhere. More
Service Dept Scammers This was my first visit to Racine Honda and it will be my last. I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and new rotors NO This was my first visit to Racine Honda and it will be my last. I took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed rear brakes and new rotors NOW and rear differential service for a cost of $434.95. I took my car for a 2nd opinion and was told I still had 50% left on my front and back pads. This makes me wonder if they even changed my oil! Good way to lose a new customer and get a bad review. Here is is 3 months later and I am still waiting for that call to have the parts and service that I already paid for installed. They were all friendly and attentive when I was there buying but follow up and service are non existent. More
