BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP I recently purchased a new car from Racine Honda. I cannot begin to explain the dishonest practices that were implemented by this dealership (so I wil I recently purchased a new car from Racine Honda. I cannot begin to explain the dishonest practices that were implemented by this dealership (so I will just give an overview). I cannot speak for other Honda’s in the area, but I would recommended trying any of those before resorting to this dealership. The financial manager, Amos, told us there were features included with the vehicle that were NOT actually included. Upon speaking with him, he mentioned that people get confused by his tactics quite often (he said a few times a month), if he was doing everything honestly, there should rarely be instances of this happening. In regards to the service department, they broke my car when it had less than 300 miles on it during a service, requiring them to keep my car for two days. Everything about this dealership has been a mess. I would never trust this dealership with my vehicle again. The customer service reps were very nice and promised to make everything right, but ultimately were not able to do anything. I have bought a few other vehicles at other dealerships and though they always had slimy sales pitches, they were all honest about extra fees and do not just say you “get this with the car”. don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. I guarantee you won’t regret missing out on this dealership. I rarely, if ever, give under 5 star reviews for anything but I just don’t want to see someone else end up in our situation. More

Service dept Try to scare us into $1000 unneeded Repair Service department try to scare us into $1000 of unneeded repairs Took our 2011 Honda accord into service for oil change and tire rotation. Serv Service department try to scare us into $1000 of unneeded repairs Took our 2011 Honda accord into service for oil change and tire rotation. Service department called and said that a rear caliper was leaking and that approximately $1000 of brake work was needed. Service department indicated we should not even drive the car home it was unsafe. Took car to a trusted mechanic who looked at brakes calipers brake pads brake fluid and such and told us no work was needed. I would not recommend this service department for anybody they will try to up charge you to the max degree More

We searched online and found the exact car in both of the color choices and option packages that we wanted. I contacted them via their website for an internet price and Jessica Knoll the Assistant Manager was wonderful and set up an appointment with me to come in at my convenience. Walking in, the Sales Manager John welcomed us and turned us over to our Sales Consultant Nate Haggerty. He was very welcoming and friendly but not pushy at all or over the top as some sales people can be. They already had the car we inquired about ready for us which was very nice. We test drove the car and Nate was showing us all of the neat safety and driving features while telling us all about the car. He was very patient as I went from a basic model vehicle to driving this amazing car with all of the gadgets so it was a bit of a change for me. The car was amazing. I may just be a Honda girl from now on. This review is on the dealership so if you want to message me- I'll give you the whole Honda commercial that I am living right now. Back to the dealership- when the financing portion began, Heinrich Krause (Finance Manager) worked his tail off to get us the payment that we were comfortable with. All of that PLUS the amazing service plan AND warranties all included! I really appreciated his determination to make the loan work for us. At the end of the process, Nate brought the car back around, went over every single feature, he was extremely knowledgable, not only on all of the cars features but with every single question that I had. He even paired up my phone via Bluetooth and even programmed my garage opener in the car for me! Did I mention that he took a picture of us with our new car and sent it to me? By the way- this is one of very few dealerships that sent us off with a FULL gas tank. They just don't do that anymore. They went just so above and beyond! I really have never had such a wonderful experience as I did at Racine Honda! I would very highly recommend them!! Make sure that you ask for Nate!! More
Quality car for the money. Salesman was knowledgeable and not pressuring. Car was immaculate. The Car fax and 45 point inspection were selling points. Although, this was quite a bit of a drive from our location, I can honestly say it was well worth it. From the moment we were greeted on site by Max, it was apparent that his knowledge and kindness was completely genuine. Max went the extra mile in making sure we found the right model and also made sure we were comfortable. He was able to provide the necessary information to assist in navigating us through the selection of a van and we were in luck to find just what we were looking for. And the price was by far better than the 5 other dealerships we looked at previously! We were then able to discuss the best pricing options with the head Sales Manager, Mousa Abuhassan, which helped in giving us a better peace of mind. But it didn't stop there, we were able to work seamlessly with Heinrich in order to get the best financing options. And to top it all off, we ended up building a great relationship with the head GM, Eric Greskoviak. He took the time to make us feel like part of his family throughout this whole process and we truly, truly appreciated it. I can't recommend this dealership enough and we look forward to working with all of them in the future! More
