First Routine Service on New Vehicle As a Honda owner, of multiple Hondas purchased from the same dealer, that (I thought I) had purchased with a maintenance package with that dealer. I sat down with the General Manager, Bruce Mesa, and went through all the documents and found what I thought I had purchased was actually an extension of the warranty. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Honda has it together and I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Racine Honda for a great buying experience. The salesman, James Leipski, is the best, most though and straightforward car salesman that I have ever dealt with - SEE HIM. More

'Positive' overall experience... but read on. Purchased a very nice, clean Ram 1500 recently... and overall, I am happy with the vehicle. I got a decent trade offer on my vehicle, and worked in a Purchased a very nice, clean Ram 1500 recently... and overall, I am happy with the vehicle. I got a decent trade offer on my vehicle, and worked in a full detail which was done earlier this week. Although, a full wax and buff was supposed to be included... I do not believe it was done. I can tell when a vehicle has been waxed (should feel like silk) and this does not. Not happy about that. Had a great experience with the salesman, as he answered all my questions... was very polite, no issues there. Sales manager also very courteous The buying process was rather easy, but when it came to dealing with finance... we did not care for the amount of pressure that was applied to us, not only to purchase and extended warranty (thru Racine Honda) but also to purchase 'extras' for the vehicle (i.e. bed liner, cap, running boards, etc.). I get that they are told to offer these, but after us kindly replying with a 'No Thanks'... they didn't leave it alone. We were asked about the extended warranty at least 3 more times. This sort of thing gives dealerships a bad name. Don't people understand what 'No' means anymore?!? So, if you want a pleasant buying experience... I would recommend Racine Honda, but be aware of the pressure to buy extra items after the purchase agreement is worked out. Hope this helps others out there. Take care. More
