Customer Care and Internet Sales Manager Maggie Sewell was instrumental in bringing my situation to attention and setting up a good deal and Corporate manager "Steve" was no nonsense and very straight forward in dealing with me. Salesman Nes Esquivel was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He was also good at explaining the features of my car and easily able to pair my cell phone to the vehicles BlueTooth system, something that the other salesman I had worked with was unable to do on another vehicle. Before taking possession of my new vehicle I noticed a few light scuffs on the paint on the drivers side to which salesman Nes Esquival assured me would be taken care of in a few days when it suited my schedule and when their expert body man "Joe" was able to do the work. Then two of the managers came out to look at the scuffs I had reported, including corporate manager "Steve" who also noticed that the detail job they did on my new vehicle left something to be desired. I noticed it too but at this point I was not willing to argue further as I got a really good deal but Steve assured me my new vehicle would be properly detailed when I brought it back for the scuffs on the paint to be buffed out. I trust that Racine Honda will make good on their promise and that I will have no further problems. More

Absolutely LOVE My New 2018 CR-V! I went for an oil change in my leased 2016 Honda CR-V but wandered into the showroom and ended up leasing a new 2018 CR-V EX-L. These are really beautiful SUV's with loads of extras now. A lot of bang for the buck. Was so happy and Honda assured me I was getting a great deal. My salesman, Nes Esquivel, is one of the nicest and most patient people I have met dealing in purchasing a vehicle! I arrived there at 1 pm and left right before 8 pm. We took the vehicles out for test drives, he showed me all the great features (and there are a ton except NO CD player for those that want that option) and it was an overall great buying experience with him. The new management has made car leasing, buying fun! When you make a deal everyone in the building congratulates you by ringing bells (you ring a cow bell too) and it just adds to your excitement! All the folks are very friendly and helpful...probably why even on a Monday they were selling vehicles left and right all day! New management, new attitude is so true! They will definitely go out of their way to help you be a happy customer! I just want to add, if you are in the market for a cor, truck or SUV please stop out at Racine Honda and be sure to ask for Nes, although I am sure all the sales people are just as awesome!
