Jesse was a very comfortable sales person to work with! If there was a question he couldn’t answer, he humbly sought out an answer within minutes. He was very polite and not pushy at all. No matter how affordable or great the deal was, I did not plan on accepting the offer, and Jesse politely accepted my decline without a fight. Again, Jesse worked with me as a normal real person, he did put on a show or sales pitch. There wasn’t anything I was turned off by. Jesse even showed me features of the car that I would otherwise figure out on my own months later like how to unlock the car without a key fob. Jesse also made me feel superior be saying I’ll be the cool guy on the road with the extra bright headlights my vehicle has. More

Be aware of leasing a car here. They advertise a Ziegler Price discount, however they charge full MSRP. They require you to buy LoJack, which cost $599. If you never leased before and don’t know, they have a hidden rental fee of 3000 dollars for leasing, which will not go towards your principal and they don’t disclose it when you are working with the sales person nor the finance person. So, when they say low interest on a lease that is a lie. The sales person claims that he does not earn commission and that he is on salary but that is a lie ( I was told by the finance person that there’s a commission ). They will push you to get a lease because they earn more on a lease. When you return for something, they are not as friendly as they were during the time of purchase.
