This Dealership is HORRIBLE. Will never go their again. We went in to get a cracked sideview mirror replace on our Honda Odyssey. One Could clearly see from pulling the broken mirror off, that another mirror could be mounted on the brackets behind the mirror. The external housing was not cracked and the motorized adjustment worked fine. My wife went in to get an estimate for repair and was told it would be over $800. She questioned why so much, and was told that the entire mirror housing would have to be replaced. And then it would all need to be reprogrammed. She specifically asked about replacing ONLY the mirror and was told this was not possible. I suspect they were trying to take advantage of her because she is a woman. (very pathetic). I looked on youtube and could see a number of videos showing how to just replace the mirror (glass). I ordered one on line (OEM) original Honda part with plug for heat. $33. I literally installed it in 5 minutes and works fine. What a disgrace. I should also note that when we bought the miniVan, 30 days after we drove it off of the lot, the engine block cracked. The dealership's response was that they would "replace" the engine and give us back our car when fixed ( this after coolant had mixed with fuel and oil in the cylinder). When I suggested that they really should give me a new car given that the one I had purchased was defective and the engine issue would affect the resale value, they were totally unhelpful. On a positive note, after talking with the Honda North American corporate people, they did take care of me and replaced my "lemon" with a New mini van...so I don't have an issue with Honda specifically. Only have an issue with this dishonest dealership. More

He found creative ways to offer value to me that fit within my price range and ensured that they got what they wanted - selling a car - and I got what I wanted. I appreciated that flexibility. I also told them what was important for me in terms of getting to the best deal quickly; everyone's time is value..."let's just make this happen or walk away from it". They took that seriously; which again I appreciated. The bad: The sales person was not as familiar with the vehicle as I would like, and no final walk through of feature, function was offered or given, I do not know if this walk through is standard for them, but it was not provided to me. That's poor service in my eyes, and not a good customer experience. The verdict: I would recommend them because I got what I wanted and asked from them, and the "soft" part of the transaction (walk through, etc.) was not that important to me. What was important to me, they made happen: they got me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and made it happen quickly. If that is what you care about, give them a shot. More

Should have been much more professional Employee sold me a brand new car knowing there was a significant scratch on it, but did not notify me. Hoping that I would not notice gives the overwhelmingly strong impression that they did not care to inform me, and were going to try and pass it off as "Oh, you must've done that." Rather unfortunate to experience such an unprofessional situation because when I purchased by prior car, the salesman was unbelievable. He explained way more detail about the car and payment/banking details. More
