A no-hassle experience for buying a new car We worked with Jesse to buy a new CR-V. Our interaction started over the phone, when we called to verify that the particular color of the vehicle was in stock. They had the car washed and waiting for us when we arrived from our 2hr drive to the dealership. My husband is big on negotiating for the best deal, and although he wasn’t completely satisfied with our final price, I thought we got a good deal. Financing was easy, (we worked with Matt) and Jesse did his best to make sure we knew as much as possible about how to operate our new car within what our time constraints allowed. The actual physical space in the dealership felt constrained, but we heard they are in the process of building a much larger facility that they will be moving into later this year- which will solve that one negative point. In all, this was a well- run dealership, staffed with competent people who did their jobs professionally. More

Gracie should get promoted Gracie is the only sales associate you should go to. She's the nicest one in there. I hope Maggie got our visit commission she was super nice. The car was left on E when I took it and all of the past owners information was left in glovebox.
