Frustrating I was told over the phone I was approved for financing for the vehicle I was really interested in. The impression received was that when I did not authorize the almost $2000 in repairs; service associate no longer had time for me. The finance manager is shady - he changed the term of my loan in the middle of the tran I had a great experience up until the financing of my vehicle. Beware of hidden extra costs and go through your paperwork with a fine-tooth comb. He will try and go fast so you don't catch the extra charges. Very unethical. Will not be going back here. More
