We went in for 2 cars over the course of 3 days and they did everything humanly possible to get us the best possible deal for the perfect car for my boyfriend and I. I loved my old financed car and wanted to get my new leased car as close as possible to it. I cant rememeber how many times I asked for different trims and models and John and Dave came back everytime just as chipper and helpful as the last. So glad I came here compared to the Kenosha location. I got my new perfect car at a price I will be able to afford and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be doing all my Honda business at the Racine location from now on. More

Great Service I just had my first oil change and tire rotation after purchasing my vehicle in August. The staff were very friendly. Very attentive and easy to do business with I bought a late model Ford Edge we seen on their website. Absolutely no pressure! Upon the inspection I found a few things that needed to be corrected. I thought the price was fare so didn't ask for any price reduction. Instead just asked for the things that were pointed out to be addressed. My sales person was David Schuch who was very attentive and made my my wife and I feel important. I also met with Doug Kiscellus the Sales Manager of Racine to discuss my concerns and he assured us he would take care of them. We then met with Amos from Finance to finish up with the paper work. Very easy! We live a couple of hours away and the next day we had some snow discovered that our rear wiper was not working.. I contacted David and Doug and they told me to go have it fixed and they would pay for it so we didn't have to drive back to Racine. They have a first class team at Racine Honda and it was a pleasure doing business with them :) More

Everyone, from Juana Rocha in internet sales following up with me in a timely manner, to Payton Cruz the Product Specialist speaking with me & taking me for a test drive, to Amos Longanecker, the Business Manager who helped finance my loan quickly and Tyler Phakousonh, who warmed up my CRV & showed me all the new technology and how to sync my phone to it when I picked it up - they were all very friendly, helpful and professional, while not pressuring me. It was a very pleasurable used vehicle purchase experience. More
Quick fix! I went in due to low tire pressure. In a timely manner, they found the problem, noted it was under warranty, and fixed it in under an hour. I didn't I went in due to low tire pressure. A good dealership overcomes challenges We purchased what was supposed to be a textbook perfect used car from Racine Honda. One owner, all maint done at the dealer, new brakes, new tires. Bu We purchased what was supposed to be a textbook perfect used car from Racine Honda. One owner, all maint done at the dealer, new brakes, new tires. But for some reason the car kept dying when my octogenarian parents coasted...into stop signs, up to slow traffic, etc. The service department was fantastic. Everyone I talked to from Brian, the service manager, to Zack and Sam, as well as Nicole and Chuck, were kind, professional and helpful. After keeping the car for a week to identify the problem, they fixed it. We thought. Long story short, the car died again several months later on the freeway! With the help of service manager, Brian, we decided it needed to be replaced. I spoke with sales manager, Victor, our original salesman, Jesse (the best!), Gracie, and sales GM Doug and we were able to get my parents into a 3 year lease of a new vehicle. Thanks to Amos in financing for walking us through that and Tyler for explaining the car’s features! I even had a chance to sit down and talk to the dealer GM, Matt, who was exceptionally helpful. We had a rotten situation, and thankfully no one was hurt, but the “customer focus” of every single person we spoke with was simply outstanding. They took what could have been a horrible experience and really went away very satisfied customers. More
