Before the switch to ECU/ Honda; I felt like I needed a shower after the "deal"...it felt so cheesy & sleazy. For us non-Geeks, James was very helpful with the new technology. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Our brand new Honda HRV is the first vehicle my wife and I have ever purchased brand new, by ourselves, and from an actual dealer. We were a bit hesit Our brand new Honda HRV is the first vehicle my wife and I have ever purchased brand new, by ourselves, and from an actual dealer. We were a bit hesitant about how the whole process worked and were dreading having to deal with a “pushy” salesman. Luckily, none of that happened! We started off by speaking with Jon from the Educators Credit Union Auto & Lease team. Jon promptly directed us to work with James at Honda to purchase our vehicle. We arrived at Honda early Saturday morning where we met James. James was super professional and extremely easy to work with, great guy! We sold our old car on the spot, and he took us for a test drive while at the same time educating us about all of the vehicle’s different capabilities. Afterwards, we started the buying process where we went to the ECU Sturtevant branch and sat down with Paul. Paul is the kind of guy who has no problem sitting with you as long as it takes to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered, and he did just that. Thank you Paul. After finishing the loan process we went back to Honda where we finished some paperwork and were on our way off the lot with a brand new car! Basically an in and out, painless process! Very cool! I will definitely be reccomending people to work with ECU and Racine Honda for their car buying needs. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE AND KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK! More

Tire change Went for tire change. Figured I’d just wait at service center but decided to renew my license at the DMV. A new sales associate driving from Chicag Went for tire change. Figured I’d just wait at service center but decided to renew my license at the DMV. A new sales associate driving from Chicago (can’t recall his name) offered to drive me. Appreciated his help. Service was good Whomever took the bill for payment needs to work more in customer service. Not a good mood and no mention of thanks after the transaction. Those little things are what customers notice. Good experience overall More

Even when reading the reviews for Racine Honda, I thought there was no way they could be true. I assumed all dealerships were only in it to make the most profit they could from the gullible customer. The process of buying my new Passport from RH was great from start to finish. I was probably a bit of a high maintenance customer, given my past experiences, but I received nothing but the most patient and attentive customer service. They answered every question quickly and did everything they could to earn my business. They were very accommodating to my negotiations and I am incredibly satisfied with the price we ended up with (lowest of all of the dealerships I contacted). Other dealerships gave me a hard time or tried to upsell me to a higher trim level they had in stock when I told them the car I wanted because demand was high and inventory low. RH got their hands on the exact one I wanted without batting an eyelash. Shout outs to Amanda and Maggie for taking great care of me until we were ready to order our vehicle, and finally James for completing the sale quickly and without any hidden surprises. A pretty painless experience. I will be a repeat customer. More

I informed him I wanted to shop around with other brands and cars and he brought someone else out to negotiate with me. I felt that I had no choice but to leave that day with a new car. Incomplete I paid for a premium oil change and a tire rotation that I suspect they did not do. They didn’t bother to check the air pressure on my tires and my lo I paid for a premium oil change and a tire rotation that I suspect they did not do. They didn’t bother to check the air pressure on my tires and my low pressure light was on. They also did not set my TPMS to calibrate after “rotating” my tires. This place just gets worse and worse with each visit. I see why people go to Milwaukee and Kenosha for their Honda Products. More
amazing Gracie & Nate were so helpful throughout my experience at Honda. I was skeptical about being able to sign a brand new 2019 car at the age of 22 but Gracie made it happen for me within my price range! Nate and Gracie were so amazing during my purchase.
