Not impressed To start, we were placed with two salesmen who were new to the car selling business. I’m confused as to why we had two to start, but moreseo why there To start, we were placed with two salesmen who were new to the car selling business. I’m confused as to why we had two to start, but moreseo why there were 2 new guys and not one with experience. This resulted in us buying a CRV that we understood as being AWD, but it’s actually FWD. The car we originally came to see had AWD and was parked next to the car we test drove and bought. When we inquired about the other one we were told “well, they are the same cars, the same price, but this one has less miles, so I would take the one with less miles.” It wasn’t until we got home that we realized it didn’t have AWD. When I called to complain, we were told we could come “swap” the cars, which we knew would be another long process with redoing all the paper work and probably having title/tax/fees again. When I inquired about this and if there would be fees, the man I spoke with said he would investigate and call me back. I didn’t receive any phone call. Furthermore, we had to probe and ask so many questions about the warranty and financing. We are young and first time car buyers, and we wish they would have done their job upfront by thoroughly explaining everything instead of just saying the bare minimum, causing us to ask dozens of questions. Aside from the fact that it isn’t AWD we are very happy with our certified pre owned vehicle we bought. But we had no desire to go back and even consider trading the car due to how stressful and poor of an experience we had. More
Never go anywhere else!!! I had emailed a few dealerships on the lease of a 2019 Honda Passport EX-L. I received a very prompt response back from the Racine, WI dealership. I s I had emailed a few dealerships on the lease of a 2019 Honda Passport EX-L. I received a very prompt response back from the Racine, WI dealership. I stopped at the Bristol, WI dealership and sat down with the salesmen since it was on the way home from my work. The salesmen was very nice to work with, but when back from finance with the payment, I was surprised to see it was hundreds (NOT EXAGGERATING) over what Racine dealership had quoted me for payments. They then tried to talk me into a Honda Pilot when it wasn't what I wanted. They insisted that the Racine dealership was making up the numbers and could not meet them. The finance manager and car sales manager became rude and I had to leave. The salesman was great but his bosses and the finance manager need to have some training on how to treat a customer. Racine kept their end of the deal and I was in the vehicle I wanted and very close to the price and and payment they had quoted in their correspondence with me. If I could give the Racine dealership more then Five Stars I would. The Salesmen was great. The Internet team was outstanding. The Finance Manager was a joy. The Car Manager was great. I am 55 years old and have bought many a new car and helped others in their purchases of vehicles. I would have to say, if your in the market for a Honda then don't go anywhere else. Don't waste you time listening to other dealerships telling you that Racine can't do it, cause they can and do it well. More
