Requested an oil change but received oil change AND tire rotation which I did not request. Was charged for it. Had a 7:30 appt but at 9:30 I checked to see if my vehicle would be ready soon. Was told that i rotation which I did not request. Was charged for it. Had a 7:30 appt but at 9:30 I checked to see if my vehicle would be ready soon. Was told that it would be completed shortly.
