Best Salesman out there Well it has been a week in my beautiful new 2019 Honda civic! First let me start off by saying WOW!! John S (product specialist) may be the nicest, mo Well it has been a week in my beautiful new 2019 Honda civic! First let me start off by saying WOW!! John S (product specialist) may be the nicest, most honest and most respectful car salesman I have ever encountered. He took the time to listen to my needs and wishes and walked through my options with me in great detail. Though I was not able to get the car I truly wanted, John took the time to explain they whys and even did all he could to try and make it possible. I was eventually sold on the Civic and could not be happier. The change from an SUV to a car was scary but John and brother Dave helped reassure me this was a great car to transition into and would last me many many years. Once we decided on the car, the fun part began with the financials. This was probably the most nerve racking part of the whole experience. I knew going in I had a lot to rollover from my SUV and going new was only going to mean more $$. Thanks to Victor C (Sale and Finance Manager) I was able to sleep that night! Though my payments were higher than I wanted, Victor walked me through different options was just very upfront with me about everything. He worked with me to make sure walking out the door I had all I needed within a price I could handle. The trade in value I received for my SUV was more than I could have ever hoped for. Victor made me feel comfortable and even kept me from crying is several instances. The level of care and reassurance from this team was remarkable. They made sure I was well taken care of and were with me every step of the way. Payton Cruz (Sales and Leasing Consultant) was great as well. He was fast at printing up my paperwork and very kind. There was a typo with my name on the first set of documents but Payton was kind and understanding and reprinted everything within a matter of minutes to get me on the road in my new beauty!! I want to thank everyone there at Racine Honda for going above and beyond for me and for making this my best car buying experience yet! More
