I'm Hesitant on answering yes or no to this first question. We bought a Honda Clarity from Racine Honda so we didn't have to travel to Milwaukee. I really like the "Car". Sales man did not return call when I We bought a Honda Clarity from Racine Honda so we didn't have to travel to Milwaukee. I really like the "Car". Sales man did not return call when I had some very important questions(Concerns). He called a week or two later with and apology, albeit nothing got resolved. Not to long ago we had to have the car towed to your dealership. something with the key fob and the car wouldn't run. Talking to you people on the phone can be an adventure. I get this song and dance about we will look at it later cause we are busy, call back at 2:30. I called back, nothing resolved. We drove out and picked up the car nothing was resolved. Still haven't received any feed back on what the problem was. More

Totally stress free James Leipski made the whole buying experience totally stress free. Before we test drove the 2019 Honda Pilot, he took us around and thru the vehicle James Leipski made the whole buying experience totally stress free. Before we test drove the 2019 Honda Pilot, he took us around and thru the vehicle to explain all the features that were incorporated into this particular SUV (an hour intro of the Pilot). We appreciated the time he spent to go over all the new features that this vehicle had since we hadn't purchased a car in nine years. We explained that we would be testing other similar SUVs and would be in touch. There was no high pressure sales pitch, only his enthusiasm for the Honda product. Eventually we did come back and did a second test drive. It was then that we decided that the Honda Pilot was for us. We had 2 vehicles to trade in and James handled all of it fairly and made it effortless. Before we drove off the lot after our purchase, James set us up with Tyler who would help us set all of the variable driver settings and again go over all of the features and controls. Tyler did an excellent job of showing us and explaining all of the controls. We felt very confident when we drove the new Pilot off the lot. If you want to buy a Honda (or are even thinking of buying one) see James Leipski. You won't be sorry that you did. He is definitely 5 stars (of 5) in my book. More
