Johnny at the Honda dealership on Hwy. 20 in Racine went beyond by coming to my rescue when I locked the keys in the car after an oil change. It was pouring rain and I am so accustomed to having the key i beyond by coming to my rescue when I locked the keys in the car after an oil change. It was pouring rain and I am so accustomed to having the key in my purse, I forgot to take it out of the cup holder when I went in for groceries. Johnny had the parts department make me a valet key and sent a wonderfully courteous young man to the store to open my car. And the young man refused a tip saying that they are there to help their customers. Was that fantastic or what!!! More

Jesse was very helpful-gave us multiple options within my budget. He didn’t try to oversell us on anything extra or get me to buy a more expensive vehicle. He was very personable and likeable. Some sales reps I dealt with at other dealerships personalities changed (and not for the better) as soon as we sat down to talk numbers. Not Jesse.
