Very disappointed. Karson was either incompetent or duplicitous, or maybe a combination of both. We had to go back and forth several times to get a fair price on my tra Karson was either incompetent or duplicitous, or maybe a combination of both. We had to go back and forth several times to get a fair price on my trade-in. He didn’t know that the model of Honda that I purchased did not come with SiriusXM radio as all my previous Hondas had. (I had to do my own post-purchase research to find that out.) He led me to believe I was eligible for a $500 Customer Loyalty credit and a 4.9% auto loan from Honda. However, when I got in to deal with the finance person, I was told that I was not eligible for the Loyalty Credit, (never was told why not, even though I have been buying Hondas for the last 20 years), and I could only get a 5.9% interest loan on the particular model I was purchasing, even though I have an excellent credit rating. I should have walked out at that point, but I was worn down and really wanted the car, so I went through with the deal. (But I was so upset that I managed to pay off the entire loan a week later so as to avoid paying the interest costs, so at least the dealership will not get the kick-back from that!) We'll have to see if I will get the free oil changes for the first year thar I was also promised. More

Service was alright. Car was purchased less than 2 months ago and I have only put 418 miles on the car and yet still had to pay out of pocket for repairs that should have Car was purchased less than 2 months ago and I have only put 418 miles on the car and yet still had to pay out of pocket for repairs that should have been checked before selling the car. Also they didn’t want to deal with the other issues so they told me to take the car to a different dealership to have it fixed so I got one thing fixed and 2 other issues I now have to take to another dealership and fork out another deductible for. The costs should have been taken care of in my opinion as I literally had the car less than 2 months. More
