After an awful experience at another dealership 3 years ago when purchasing a van, we were very hesitant and nervous to trust anyone as we searched for a more reliable car for our family. We spent a few months searching, running into bad customer service and dishonesty before finally finding Joe at Elhart. Their team was professional, understanding and caring. Joe was patient with us and went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted and to make sure that it was safe for our family. He knew it was important to us to have a reliable car from the beginning and took care of the details to have it running well immediately after purchase. He made several phone calls on our behalf to get better deals on future services we might need down the road and took our budget seriously, working to get our payment as close to what we wanted as possible. It is very hard to find good customer service today but we truly found it at Elhart. They made us feel like a family in need of a safe, reliable car and not just another sale to be made.
