RIPPED OFF Elhart not only ruined my vacation trip but ripped me off too !!! I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold air on my ‘08 GMC Acadia so i brought it to E Elhart not only ruined my vacation trip but ripped me off too !!! I noticed my A/C was not blowing cold air on my ‘08 GMC Acadia so i brought it to Elhart to have it diagnosed. They claimed they checked the system for leaks and found a leak in the line from the condensor to the evaporator and told in order to fix the problem it would cost $724.99, so i said go ahead and fix the problem. I went on my vacation and the A/C only worked from Holland to Texas, after that it worked like it did before I brought it to Elhart. When I came back from my vacation I went back to Elhart and talked to Matt Lee and now he says there is another leak and if I want to fix the problem it will cost me another $1374.62. I got 3 words for Elhart SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Sale and Customer Service excellence I worked with Randy, Reneisha, and Rich during my recent visit to Elhart. I started out working with Randy as he wanted to purchase my vehicle. He wa I worked with Randy, Reneisha, and Rich during my recent visit to Elhart. I started out working with Randy as he wanted to purchase my vehicle. He was great to work with and when we switched from selling my vehicle over to trading in since I found a vehicle to purchase on the same visit, he was very gracious and handed me over to the used car sales team. He realized I would save $300 on my taxes by doing a trade in vs. me selling the vehicle and then buying one later. This was great advice. I then worked with Reneisha with the trade-in and quickly got my vehicle for a very good price. They also agreed to replace the timing belt even though it wasn't bad but was due for it, since it was an Odyssey. Reneisha's attitude was awesome and she answered all my questions completely and helped me check the previous Maintenance on the vehicle. The vehicle was over 100k miles and had no warranty. I drove it home that night and the alternator failed. Spoke to Rich in the morning and they took the van back and replaced the alternator and other parts all for free and they provided me a loaner vehicle. I had no worries during the purchase or the repair process as they stated they would take care of me the whole time and they certainly did deliver. I am thoroughly impressed with the folks I worked with and strongly will be recommending this dealership and these folks to everyone I meet! More

Friendly, honest and a great experience. We have been looking for a used vehicle for a couple weeks. After being to several dealerships we delt with cars that we're not clean, sales people wh We have been looking for a used vehicle for a couple weeks. After being to several dealerships we delt with cars that we're not clean, sales people who were not friendly and sales people who said they would call us but never did. Just one negative experience after another. Walking into Elhart Automotive Campus we were immediately greeted by a friendly employee who introduced us to Kealoha. He was amazing from start to finish. Kealoha was honest, personal and had our best interest. We also had a fair offer on our trade in.
