She stayed late on a Saturday for me and made sure that I was comfortable with my vehicle choice and payment. She went beyond just financial services, she offered insight on how to repair my credit and shared personal experiences with me. I live in Grand Rapids by many car dealerships, but a letter I received from Jennifer in the mail, made me feel like I should drive the 30 minutes to meet and do business with her. They also made note that of the "vaccum front floor boards" 3.95 value that I got for free :(. Needless to say I will bring my business elsewhere More
