Best customer service ever, I found the Toyota RAV4 in the internet @ Elhart Automotive Campus. Gave my name and phone number so dealership could get hold of me. And this was ar I found the Toyota RAV4 in the internet @ Elhart Automotive Campus. Gave my name and phone number so dealership could get hold of me. And this was around 8 am and I got the call from them around 9am. Right away I was told the Rav4 was still available made an appointment to go test drive it that same day. So I did go, when I got there I was treated really nice and with respect.. Reneisha Powell & Victor Rivera were the main ones who helped with the process of getting my Toyota, really good people and know how to treat their customers.. thank you guys @ Elhart Automotive Campus. Disappointed I made my appointment to have my 2015 Yukon serviced in preparation for my trip West to spend the Winter. I always have the package where tires are ch I made my appointment to have my 2015 Yukon serviced in preparation for my trip West to spend the Winter. I always have the package where tires are checked and rotated, belts and hoses checked, fluids checked and topped off, oil and filter changed and vacuumed and vehicle washed. I handed the coupon to the serviceman that I received in the mail for $59.95 for these services to be performed. Apparently there was a communication breakdown because I only got oil and filter changed and multipoint inspection. Also a factory recall item was addressed and taken care of, regarding brakes. When the serviceman came to get me saying my vehicle was ready I was surprised as it was so fast. I asked if everything was done already, like tires rotated and all of the other items and he said they were told I just wanted an oil change. I wasn't very happy but paid a lowered charge, and asked why the cheap price..... So after thinking about this I called today to make another appointment to get the other tasks taken care of. I travel 2,000 miles going and another 2,000 miles coming home BY MYSELF and I want to be confident that my vehicle is in the best possible condition for my travels. I and my late husband have bought our vehicles and had all service done at Elhart's for 20 years and have always been pleased but this time, not so much!!! More

We had a bit of a rollercoaster experience with vehicles but long story short, I’ve never met a group of people so dedicated to taking care of us. From the second we stepped in the door, George, Duane, and Jen bent over backwards and made sure our safety and comfort were top priority. They were EXTREMELY accommodating to our needs and I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve never done a review on anything before but I felt it must be done here. The staff is amazing and friendly and even if I move out of state I will still come back! More
