As a single woman, buying a car is not exactly on my Top 10 list. I researched cars on the web and knew what I was looking for before going into Elhart, but the real test is seeing the car, driving the car 10 list. All the people I worked with at Elhart were friendly, respectful, and responsive. The car I was interested in is pretty popular and they had none on the lot. They got several in within a few days and I was able to do a thorough test drive, including taking it home to see how it fit in my garage and having tall family members see how they might fit. Once I decided to move ahead (no pressure from Elhart), they were able to locate my car within hours and had it onsite in a few days. Negotiating the price was very straightforward and I feel I got a good deal! I am thrilled with my new car and will definitely look to Elhart again in the future. I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan. My overall experience was great. Financing was quick, my sales associate was courtious, and honest. I didn't get that pushed feeling that usually accompanies experience was great. Financing was quick, my sales associate was courtious, and honest. I didn't get that pushed feeling that usually accompanies used car sales. I was actually at the dealership to replace a wiperblade on my current lease. I wasn't even looking to buy a vehicle. As soon as I layed eyes on the truck, I knew I had to have it. The only problem was that my lease was not even two years old. I thought for sure a different vehicle was out of the question, but as the sales associate said, "It never hurts to try." Much to my surprise, I could get the truck with little to no negative equity! I was approved for a great rate, and a short period later, the paperwork was done. The truck was mine! The next morning I picked it up, and this is where the story gets really good. As I pulled into my driveway, the finance manager (Jeff Potter) called me. He had happened to just speak to the bank who financed my truck. They told him of a new interest rate special that had just been released. I qualified for this new special, and the savings in interest rate cut 15 months off my lein. Not only that, but it also saved me $6000 in interest!!! My deal had been done. He didn't have to call me. He did it to SAVE me money after the sale had been made! My entire experience at Elhart met my expetations or exceeded them. I work in customer service and truely know "service" can be the only reason a person selects YOUR place to do business. When I first stopped to inquire about vehicle purchase, I was given a quick but decriptive view of the pricing. A vehcile was brought up front, for me to look at, their offer. After a few days I called and talked about pricing, availablity of model and color. I was given the information and then they went on line and found the vehicle. They accepted my down payment and had the vehicle brought to their dealership. I had opportunity to view it and make arrangements for delivery date. On delivery date, I discovered a wrong electrical connector had been installed when the hitch was installed. I had plans to pull a travel trailer, the following day. I was given a truck with the proper hitch and connector - not questions asked!! I was introduced to Jeff Elhart, who was most courteous. Everone has been helpful, didn't feel any real pressure. Courteous and hospitable - I have recommended them a number of times already. Makes me feel like days of old when relationships were more important than money. More

I had been shopping around for over a week in the Grand Rapids area for a brand new car and after talking with Tait I decided going out to H Nissan.
