There was no high pressure. No outlandish statements. Sometimes they try to butter you up with "Is this your Honda boy it sure is in good shape" then they offer you half of whaqt it is worth. No so at Elhart they offered the full blue book price I had reserched at Kelly Blue book. Called for an oil change, Rod said to come right over, finished up quickly and my oil change was free bacause it was my 5th one. I just purchased a used small SUV that I'm totally delighted with! I wanted to upgrade my vehicle, wanted a small and economical SUV, but could not afford "brand new" and was able to find something I delighted with! My experience with Elhart has been nothing but positive and excellent. My 2012 Elantra was my first automobile purchase through Elhart, and I'm quite sure it will not be my last. I was treated honestly and with respect, throughout the entire "purchasing process". My sales person was professional and honest, and never attempted to coerce or pressure me into a purchase. My experience with Elhart has now shifted to the Service Department (for routine service needs), and I continue to enjoy and appreciate that "Elhart touch" of quality and professionalism. Before buying I searched online sites such as Edmunds, Kelly, and other "true cost" sites. I was able to get a quote for about $50 less than Elhart Nissan on line, but that dealer was 90 miles away. (Dri Kelly, and other "true cost" sites. I was able to get a quote for about $50 less than Elhart Nissan on line, but that dealer was 90 miles away. (Driving to that dealer just twice would eat up any savings to be had.)I chalked up the added costs to convenience and helping the local economy. Elhart had the vehicle that I wanted, equiped right, and priced well. This is the second Nissan purchased from Elhart and the sales and service staff have always been professional in dealing with me. No pressure, no "what will it take to get you to sign today" B.S. More
